Acas has published new guidance to help employers and their staff understand the law around equal pay, to mark the 50th anniversary of equal pay legislation being brough into force. Acas’s new advice covers the basics of equal pay law. The three chapters cover: 1. Equal pay and the law; 2. Preventing equal pay issues; and, 3.
