Bluprintx expands leadership team with Vikki Sly appointment

Growth-focused culture specialist joins as Chief People Officer to support sustainable growth

Global digital transformation services provider, Bluprintx, has strengthened its leadership team through the appointment of Vikki Sly as Chief People Officer. This new role will support the company’s growth objectives by maximizing Bluprintx’s expanding team, underpinning customer experiences through organizational culture, and improving onboarding as the business pursues an ambitious acquisition strategy.

Vikki is a highly-experienced, cross-disciplinary HR expert who specializes in driving growth and productivity through organizational culture improvement. For over 20 years, Vikki has delivered growth-focused cultural change at major international firms and rapidly-scaling businesses. This includes an 8-year tenure at Qlik Technologies, where she led talent, development and culture redesigning core frameworks to drive productivity and learning, and a series of C-Suite roles demonstrating repeated impact across people-focused initiatives.

In her new role, Vikki will focus on building an environment in which the extensive talent at Bluprintx can deliver at their best and produce exceptional outcomes for customers. She will play a role in the firm’s acquisition strategy to ensure smooth transitions for incoming teams, and maintain an organizational culture that attracts, nurtures and retains talent.

Vikki will also develop an employee experience which ensures that Bluprintx’s culture is differentiated and puts people and customers at its center.

Commenting on her new role, Vikki explains: “I am thrilled to be joining Bluprintx at such an important moment in its expansion. From meeting the leadership team and investors, it’s clear that creating a compelling culture is taken seriously and I am excited to work with the team to further fuel productivity and growth. I am looking forward to working collaboratively and purposefully to craft a culture where every team member can contribute and grow.”

As CEO and founder of Bluprintx, Lee Hackett explained why this is the opportune moment for Bluprintx to recruit a Chief People Officer, and why Vikki was the perfect fit: “Vikki has a unique perspective on culture and productivity that will drive growth while making Bluprintx an exceptional place to work. We are a rapidly growing team targeting global expansion, and I know that Vikki’s skillset will ensure cultural performance while keeping Bluprintx compliant internationally.”
