HireRight is pleased to share that Julie Romero has recently joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with a focus on aligning HireRight’s global people strategies, elevating the company’s talent development and total rewards programs, and enhancing HireRight’s ability to find and retain top talent globally.

Ms. Romero is a transformational leader with more than 20 years of extensive global experience in developing high-performing teams, as well as driving change and enabling business success through post-merger and post-acquisition integrations. In her role, she is responsible for creating and driving a human resources strategy that aligns with HireRight’s core business objectives and strategic vision — including continued global expansion as the company focuses on attracting and retaining top talent in support of strategic growth in key markets across the world.

Prior to joining HireRight in June as CHRO, Ms. Romero served as the Vice President, Global People Strategy, at WPP, where she focused on Global Succession & Development. Ms. Romero’s experience also includes leading the Healthcare Human Capital team at Navigant for more than four years, multiple Consulting and HR roles at Accenture over 15+ years, and Organization Development Consultant for Walt Disney World.

“I am so excited to be part of the HireRight team and look forward to cultivating further growth within our business and our Human Resources organisation,” said Ms. Romero. “I believe growth is the foundation to our success – as individuals, as leaders, and as a business.  The Human Resources team is working with our business leaders to grow our capabilities for the future.  We know that a holistic and inclusive approach is essential and are looking forward to expanding our offerings to improve our employee value proposition.”
