theHRDIRECTOR magazine is now commissioning expert insights and thought leadership articles from HR professionals, academics, consultants, and organisational change practitioners for an upcoming edition focused on “Catalysing Culture Change.”

As organisations navigate ongoing disruption and transformation, the ability to drive and sustain meaningful culture change is not just a strategic goal—it’s a critical business imperative. We are seeking powerful, evidence-based content that explores how HR leaders can shape and influence organisational culture in 2026 and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

We invite submissions that explore innovative and practical angles on cultural transformation in the workplace, including but not limited to:

  • Aligning organisational culture with business strategy during times of growth, disruption or crisis

  • The pivotal role of HR leadership in initiating and sustaining culture change

  • How middle managers reinforce or resist cultural shifts—and how to engage them

  • Embedding DEI, wellbeing, and purpose into day-to-day operations, not just policy

  • Leveraging technology, digital tools, and people analytics to support and measure cultural evolution

  • Defining what “authenticity,” “agility,” and “inclusion” mean in modern workplace cultures

  • Real-world case studies of successful—and failed—culture change initiatives

  • Using culture as a commercial advantage in volatile, politically charged global markets

  • Metrics and KPIs: What works when measuring organisational culture, and what doesn’t

We are especially interested in grounded, real-world insights, evidence-based approaches, and diverse perspectives that bring fresh thinking to the challenges and opportunities of catalysing culture change.

Contribute to the Conversation:

If you’re an HR professional, change leader, consultant, academic, or industry expert with a valuable perspective on workplace culture transformation, we want to hear from you.
